What determines the cost of demolition?

There are a lot of factors that influence the cost of demolishing your property.
Some of these are:
A. Construction materials
B. Amount of asbestos to be removed
C. Distance from disposal facilities
D. Size of land

How long does it take to demolish a house?

A typical residential property takes between 3-5 days to completely demolish and clear. The first day is usually spent removing asbestos from site. There are the 2-3 days of demolishing and removing waste from site and the last day is spent raking the site and clearing up.

Do you need permission to demolish a house?

YES. A demolition permit must be obtained from the local council. Your demolition contractor will obtain this permit for you. It can take 3-4 weeks for the council to issue the permit.

What do you recycle?

We recycle over 85% of the material generated on our sites, it makes environmental and economic sense to do so. Bricks are cleaned and resold, concrete is crushed, floor boards are salvaged and steel is recycled. Greenwaste is mulched for resale as garden mulch.

What happens if something go wrong?

This rarely happens, but in the rare circumstance that it does, we are fully insured for public liability and damage to property.

Why is it important to choose a licensed contractor?

Licensed operators have had training in correct procedures  and practices and are therefore less likely to accidentally cause asbestos contamination or damage to property. A list of licenced contractors can on the Worksafe WA website.
