We then arrange an on-site meeting with the client and our operations manager to finalise all the small details – is there a special tree you would like to retain? Floorboards you would like to reuse? A swimming pool to retain?  This is the time to discuss the finer details with our operations manager.

We then schedule a date for the demolition to commence and advise our client of the time frame.

If there is asbestos on site, we will prepare an asbestos removal plan and action this prior to our machinery arriving on site. A typical house demolition in Perth takes approx. 5 days from start to finish.

At the end of the project the site will be left clean with all appropriate documentation and permits. All in all, the work carried out on the site will be done in accordance with Australian Standards, Regulations, and Codes of Practice.
